Welcome to The Retirees Association  (TRA) Huntsville Chapters

An alumni association for retirees and friends of Northrop Grumman Corporation including the retirees from TRW and merged partners.  The Huntsville Chapter was founded in 2002. There is no fee or treasury, local chapter news is distributed via email.
May 2018 NEWS

The company Orbital ATK will be merged into Northrop Grumman Corporation this summer at a cost of $9.2B.  Orbital ATK is a result of a 2015 merger of Orbital Sciences and Alliant Techsystems, Inc to form a $4.5 B combine then. They have been quite successful.   Orbital ATK have three locations in HSV out of dozens across the US with over 12,000 employees.  This implies a future mission for our retiree group should we be recognized (again) by the company as a retirement service of some sort.

Orbital ATK's HQ has been in Dulles, VA, and they had division heads at Chandler, AZ, Baltimore and Dulles, but actual work locations are very numerous and in many states, focused in the areas of rockets, launch vehicles and equipment, rocket fuel, and security systems. Orbital ATK is involved with the SpaceX supporting ISS supply missions, a $1.9 B contract.

In June 2020, Jim Troy asked members to email him any updates on their email address, plus to tell What They're Doing Now.

I've put the emails on a separate page with a password, since they show many email addresses and some street addresses. I'll email the password to Jim Troy and ask him to send it to you all.
If you haven't yet received it, contact Jim at
